Zaxby's

I guess this store is trying to save on fries and sauce. I didn't receive the sauce I ordered and this is the amount of fries in my box. The food was also cold. I know everyone is having staffing issues right now but you should at least check food quality as well as accuracy before you send out the order. Won't be back to this location anytime soon.

The people that work at this Zaxby’s are nice and care about there customers. Every time I go to this zaxbys they call me by name. The food and the customer service is wonderful and exceeds my expectations every time I go. If I ever go through the drive through line the wait is always short because the food is always prepared quickly.

I went through the drive thru for lunch last Tuesday. Didn't eat anything that morning for breakfast. Or for dinner that night. After eating here for lunch I got food poisoning very badly. Up all night since Tuesday with chills and fever on and off, today is Saturday. Had to go to the ER and get IV's because of dehydration and running to the bathroom every 10 min with terrible diarrhea. I will never eat Zaxby's ever again. I have family members and friends who have the same experience with Zaxby's food. If I can save other people's lives by telling them not to eat at THIS LOCATION or any Zaxby's in general, I will gladly do so.
