Whataburger

Whataburger; it's always a great place to stop and eat at. One of the first pictures you see for this restaurant is a stand alone restaurant. I'm not sure why considering this is inside a small truck stop/convenience store. I went in and ordered a #5. I made sure to order it as i like it. They made sure to mostly get it proper but for some reason I only get it cut in half about half the time when I ask for such. . . Maybe one day somebody will learn what cut in half actually means (i sure hope so at least). They had a lack of syrup in their dr pepper when I was there. I let them know and it only took a moment for them to take care of such. Thanks for that.

This Whataburger shares a space with a Shell gas station’s convenience store. It’s a good stop to refuel both the vehicle and the travelers. 😊 The dining area is huge and clean. The service is good and the meals were enjoyable. They have the same system that one finds in all other Whataburgers. Condiment tray is offered to you along with your meal. The beverage station is in the dining area for easy refills. There are clean restrooms available for use. And they are also open 24 hours.

This is the 4th time I've taken my food home and had something missing from my order. This time it was an apple pie. I guess I'll have to treat Whataburger like I do McDonalds and check for everything before I leave. It is sad that the employees cannot accomplish the tasks required in their job title. I'm giving 3 stars because the food is good. But 3 stars is not a satisfactory score. I expect better.
