Five Guys

Last night was my first time trying Five guys- I was starving, it was after 9pm, I saw a five guys and thought id give it a try… The staff here was SO pleasant. It was late at night; they were cleaning and closing up, communication between them seemed fluid, and EVERY interaction I had with a team member included a welcoming smile. Also- that was THE BEST Bacon cheeseburger lettuce wrap I have EVER had! Thank You to the team at Conshy. I’ll be back :)

Got My Order Wrong…Twice Now I’m new to the area so I tried this location a couple weeks ago. I went in to order & waited for my food. When I got home, I realized they didn’t give me what I ordered; however, it was Labor Day wknd so I gave them a pass. I decided to give them a second chance tonight but was, again, given the wrong order. **See pic: ordered pickles & onion; got Mayo & tomatoes. Not even close. I don’t think I’ll go back because I keep getting food I don’t like/want.

Second time in a row going to this location where instead of getting four burgers we get three. Two made correctly and one made as a combo of the other two ordered. Make sure whoever picks up your food checks it. Edit: they charged us to have the missing cheeseburger replaced and to have the sandwich made incorrectly remade wrong again. So almost $60 for us to eat 3 sandwiches and one large fries

Place closes at 10 PM, parked there and called at 9:40 PM to ask if they were still serving and they said yes. I get out of the car with my two excited little guys a moment later to enter, we walk in, and the older male cook immediately tells us that they're closed. I said that I called ahead a moment ago and was told that you all are serving. His attitude flared up with a hearty "n'ah man!" as he turned and walked away from us with some stompy bad attitude yelling "wha chu want!". Literally came there for a nice unique 1st time higher quality burger with my kids but instead I got welcomed with that BS.... never again. Seems like bad management practices to keep people like that on staff and actually in charge of the place.

Hair is melted into my cheese. I noticed they'd forgotten my fries entirely which would've been easy enough to resolve but then I found these long hairs in my sandwiches. This has been one of my favorite locations but please don't trust the health and safety practices here and take your family elsewhere to eat. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Fries were great! I like that they had malt vinegar for them. The burger on the other hand was blah. Too much mayo slathered on, a crumbly bun and tasteless patty. The crew were great and friendly with smiles! That was the best part of our dining experience! The drink machine had Mello Yellow, which is hard to find up here in the North. Excited to see it and drink it. I used to love 5 Guys but, after this experience it will be a long time before I go again. For $25 it's too expensive for 2 little cheeseburgers, a small fry and 2 regular drinks. Mickey D's would've been better and that's not saying much.
