Kfc

A week ago, I visited this location and the biscuits in both meals ordered were like hockey pucks! I was so disappointed, since we go there a lot, that I called the Night Manager to complain. I convinced him that I didn't want anything more than to make him aware so that he could investigate and correct the situation. Today, I returned and our order was what is expected of KFC! The employees have always been outstanding here!

The staff, including the manager, rushed me at the drive thru while I was trying to order and was completely rude about it. I was there less than a minute. And when they handed me my food, I was trying to look and make sure it was correct and again the manager opened the window and again rushed me off in the rudest manner. There wasn't even anyone behind me. I got a 2 piece combo meal and the chicken was cold and had obviously been sitting for a while. The biscuit was rock solid. But at least the mashed potatoes were good since that's the only thing that was edible. Horrible experience.

The staff at this restaurant was absolutely rude. I felt like I was in high school and they were picking on customers, it was completely unprofessional. I know that it was a fast food restaurant but regardless of where you work, how much money you make, or how happy ou unhappy you are ....you’re supposed to service the community that you are working for. I would hate to see what it would be like if you were to go in the lobby this all happened in the drive-through during business hours that were busy in the evening. I would never go back, the food was great but the stuff sucked. It is a shame that the manager or whoever the shift leader was was following right along with it.

The lady taking our order is always rude :( rushes you and makes you feel uncomfortable for asking questions, all I asked is what sides do you have? She said “Its on the menu”. I asked bc I couldn’t see it LOL The food is always great but people will stop coming back because of the customer service... :/

The lady at the drive through is so rude I told her I wanted half spicy and half regular she kept asking repeatedly you want original crispy or grilled I said original I didn't receive any spicy pieces at the end. The car behind me was ordering as I was paying for my food the same lady is screaming at the customer I already told you about the dollar boxes it's on the menu. Which is rude on her part. It seems that she is rushing the customers to order and getting the orders not heard completely. The batter is coming off of most of the chicken pieces. The biscuits are horrible. They are so huge and don't have the same taste anymore. The amount of mashed potatoes is way too less than what they serve of corn and macaroni.

When the best thing about a chicken joint is the Coleslaw, something is very, very wrong. I wanted all "extra crispy," but they wouldn't make it even though we were willing to wait. We were given extra chicken with the coupon, but it was all original. What "extra crispy" chicken I got was extra soft and old. Pretty sure it's going right through me too. Ugh. Not coming here again for a very long time.

Rude wait-staff, rushes you through your order and making it uncomfortable to ask questions. Partially cooked food (biscuit was only cooked on the outside middle was cold and doughy) and no eating utensils or napkins given, nor the sauce asked for. Poor service. When called and told about this, they offered no compensation but silverware, sauce, and another biscuit later. Thanks. 😒 Culver's next door gave me a free meal just because they accidentally put salt in my fries. Go there 🤷‍♂️

The absolute worst thing I've ever eaten in my life... So disappointed because I was really craving some kfc. I ordered the Spicy Bowl... Never ever again. Never ordering kfc again. It was greasy, overcooked and overly "spiced". I couldn't even taste anything other than oil and spice. I am still sick from this. I don't even know how to go about getting a full refund.
