Don't bother with this place. They may as well close at 8:00 PM because they stop making half the menu around then. I have been here 3 or 4 times over the past month or two at around 8:00-9:30 PM, and they've told me they don't have any sandwiches. The place is supposed to be open until 11:00 PM, yet they stop making food 3 hours early. I was so angry this time, I said, "This seems to happen a lot here." The employee responded, "Oh, that only happens at night." No apology, nothing. Is what the customer wants important at all here? It seems like their are lazy employees and/or lazy management here and the quality is slipping. I suggest they get their act together. Their is a lot of competition on Memorial drive and I'll be dining elsewhere.

Enjoyed the remodel of the building. Chicken is good. Customer service was a little lacking last time I was there. They forgot about my order so I had to go to the counter and they were able to get my order done on the spot but generally get a good customer experience. There is a somewhat concerning area in the back that is sinking the concrete that really needs to be addressed or it could present a danger to the parking lot.
