This burger king is my favorite location in chico. I stop by every now and then for a delicious meal, friendly service and a fantastic dining experience. The lobby is consistently clean and vintage. The seating is comfortable. There are large windows so i can look out to the surrounding view. Plus, the food is always made quickly and correctly. Favorite burger king yet'

One of the two Burger Kings in Chico locally owned and operated by the same family. I always enjoy a Whopper 😁, if more people would be patient when you get your meal its always as good as it ever was. As the unemployment percentage hopefully decreases, more people could be served, otherwise with less people that just means it made with love. Be patient and kind to those who male your food 😇🙏🏽

slow af, like 10 min. per car. Staff is not friendly. Food is fine but not worth the wait. One time the drive up ordering com broke so you had to order at the window increasing wait time to 15 to 20m per car. I literally waited 45m with 2 cars in front of me and decided never again. It took them like 6 months to replace the com so I can imagine how poor the upkeep is on broken things/dirty things inside the place.

Drive through experience was not exactly up to my fast food expectations. A long wait before I could order. Then, when I ordered Hershey's chocolate shake I was informed it no longer included whipped topping. I was told Burger King wanted to cut back on fattning items. Well, that was a disappointment and the price was higher. Welcome to 2022, goodbye Burger King

my last review I tried really hard not to be mean or unfair . This is by far the worst place to go eat . The staff are rude and obviously incompetent. Their attitudes stink they act like you are a bother by coming to their establishment to eat. It’s really simple , if you don’t like your job then quit and go elsewhere. I have never worked in a fast food business in my life and I guarantee you that me and my twelve year old can put out food faster than these people . Is the owner even around? Do you have a real manager? It’s ridiculous corporate should strip this location from them and give it to another person who is willing to care or just simply shut it down
