Baskin-robbins

I was crunched for time, but thought Id get ice cream as a tip for the car wash attendants, since it was hot. I ordered 2 peanut butter chocolate bowls and was told by a lady with brown and white hair that I would have to wait for the ice cream to melt. She took it out the freezer, and I left. I always order this ice cream and have never been told that before. Too many other places to go, you just lost a customer.

I pre ordered an ice cream cake 4 days early so it would be fresh for Christmas Eve dessert! I went in to pick it up and also got 5 quarts of prepacked flavors from the freezer. The cake was not edible. The cake looked a few weeks old, the frosting was even awful. What? How could a Baskin Robbins Ice Cream cake not be fabulous? I threw all of it away. Even the packed ice cream had been thawed and refrozen as it was crystalized inside. Tossed it too! I am going to call for a refund.

At $7 for a large milkshake it's a darn shame when you buy four and they're extremely liquefied! Unbelievable on top of that we waited for almost 10 minutes for service with nobody else in line, not sure why they put so much milk and less ice cream in these milkshakes however I think I'm going to stick to Cold Stone from now on! At least the service is better.

Sorry fans, I was highly dissatisfied. I've had better milkshakes at burger King! I ordered a extra chocolate, in a vanilla ice cream shake, I love the taste of chocolate. So I wait, then he brings it out, no whipped cream. What??? Then I wait again for whipped cream, the guy says extra chocolate with whipped cream, I take first taste, hmm, I take second taste, I'm like it doesn't taste like chocolate, I tried it again, a few more times. No I still don't taste the chocolate, let alone EXTRA chocolate! And the price - outrageous - $7 , I'm like what? I know, I know, it's hand packed, real cream, top quality, but really, where's the taste?
