Pizza Hut

I ordered a pizza last night, it was supposed a sausage & pepperoni extra cheese. I should have looked at before I left the place. I was Shocked at what we opened the box too. I called and complained, put on hold 2 times, and decided I would post what happened. I mean -do you really think this was the same as the one on the commercial?

Apparently gloves and hair nets are optional at this location. I’m standing here watching people handle food with no gloves on and long hair swinging around without a care. Not to mention they’re bumbling about trying to figure out a simple order and telling me the pizza baking machine was turned off, hence the delay. “Ready in 15 minutes” turned into 45 minutes with the Three Stooges in the back. Teller was also enjoying a personal call when taking payments. Customer service is steadily dying everywhere. I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future.

Called in a order for pickup and while standing at counter waiting to be rung up, I looked back and saw that one young girl was making pizzas with no gloves on, and one girl was cutting pizzas with no gloves on. The girl cutting the pizzas came straight to register and rung me up without washing her hands, so I know she went back and started cutting the pizzas without washing her hands. I will never order from this pizza hut again.

I arrived 5 minutes after the estimated pickup time and the pizza was just being made. I waited the new estimated time and went back in and was told the pizza had to be made again. I told them to just give me my money back and was told a manager had to do that and then he went to get the manager. He came back and said the pizza was coming out "right now". Several minutes later I was given the pizza. The quality and taste of the pizza was not what I have received in the past. Yes I received a pizza at a good price but....

We are new to the city. Had no idea which pizza hut delivered to my address. Called a different store, sat on hold for over 8 minutes. I hung up and tried this store, and they answered right away, and thankfully they do deliver to my house! Super quick delivery and the driver was polite, pleasant and FAST!
