What I just witnessed at this store is totally unacceptable. This women with dreadlocks that work there yelling and cussing her co worker out. Using very profound language with customers in the store. I felt so sorry for the gentleman because he was trying to keep it professional. Something needs to be done about this lady. Everytime I come in this store when she is working I have to deal with her nasty attitude. She deserves to be terminated. As of right now this store can not get any more of my business, because this was very distasteful. Management need to do their job and get rid of her, or they will lose more loyal customers.

I would have given this a five star rating if I hadn’t been there during shift change! It started out with a Great experience! Met a gentleman named Quon, super humble, nice and very hospitable. He truly takes pride in the image he displays to be a phenomenal representation of the company he works for. His work ethics and people skills are a breath of fresh air, especially after such a long drive home after a nasty work day. When Sean (not sure of spelling) (African American female with dred locks) arrived at approximately 10pm, dumped out the coffee that was being made fresh. I asked for an item behind the counter and she acted as if it were a problem. Not the first bad experience I have had with her. She blatantly rolls her eyes and ignored you when you ask any question, even if u ask how are you. She completely displays a disgrace to the term customer service and basic professionalism skills. Please provide her with some class on how to have couth in at least the workplace. Gheeze, it’s never ending with her!

I would just like to give this gentlemen name Quan two thumbs up on his excellent customer service. He's a very helpful and respectful young man and should be reward to all his hard work. I stop by at least twice a week on my way home and the store is always clean and smelling good. Thanks Quan for your wonderful customer service, it is great appreciated. Job well done.

They don’t even deserve a star, took a four year old in there because she needed to use the bathroom and was literally holding herself because like any four year old it came out of no where and the cashier who was a young guy said the bathroom wasn’t open to the public. Like honestly how can you deny a child the bathroom. Now we understand rules etc but I mean it’s a child. This place is just ignorance and has been on multiple occasions.

It’s this new Gentleman that works there his name is Quan, he’s so pleasant very well mannered and anytime that I go into the store it’s always fresh and smells really good that Guy knows how to clean!!! In my opinion he’s one of the better workers… however there’s another employee there she’s very rude and disrespectful and doesn’t care what come out of her mouth I don’t know what her name is but she’s an African American with green looking dreadlock’s

My girlfriend and i stopped in at around 12:30 a.m. only to find no coffee made and no food in grill what so ever. The man behind the counter just stood there and stared at us when I asked about coffee. It being so late, I was wanting a nice warm cup of coffee to help keep me going on my drive back to n.c. needless to say, i wonder how long the store has been in this state of inoperation and how many costomers have walked out hungry. Also where is my free cup of coffee being that there was no coffee hot fresh and ready

I've gotten some rude service here on several occasions I just chalk it up to bad day but the current white chick with brown hair is very rude the other chick they had was mean faced but was nice. Also had a rude response in an email after I had some points issues. I was told by the owner of a 711 near my house this owner doesnt care and it shows in lack of professionalism from their response and horrible customer service and the girl I'm referring too is normally their in the morning and early afternoon. She needs an attitude adjustment she wouldnt know customer service if it smacked her in the face she rolls her eyes and glares at customers like they are stupid. I refuse to come back here. I'll take my business to WAWA
