1st off The staff was friendly and professional. They pulled me but never brought my fries to my car so I had to go inside to remind them, no big deal...it happens. Unfortunately, the story goes downhill from here. A strong stench hit me as soon as I entered the dining room. All staff members were pretty busy. The cashier greeted me and apologized for the excessive wait time. She was also kind enough to offer me a beverage for the inconvenience. However, upon a brief inspection of the self-serve soda fountain, I noticed large colonies of mold growing on several surfaces of the machine. I have always done a check since I read an article about how ice dispensers are usually the most unsanitary things in restaurants. With that being said, I wasn't totaly surprised by the presence of dirt or grime but I was definitely astonished by the amount of mold that has been allowed to accumulate over time, this didn't just happen. This oversight may be due to short staffing, however, this isn't an acceptable oversight like forgetting to refill the straws. Needless to say, I passed on the complimentary beverage. The manager was notified and promised to address the issue.

I just visited this location and Jayden was the guy who took my order and was the cashier his customer service was second to none. I think he should be highly considered for management or at least be giving a raise for the service he offers to the customer…… management please contact me for a father review

This location is the absolute WORST. Everytime I come here, there's a 45 minute wait!!! I was here for a grubhub order tonight 6/5/22 for almost an hour. Every employee is playing around with bowls and talking while there's a long line. It's very unprofessional. I'm declining all future orders. Ridiculous how you have the entire GHETTO working here.

I am an uber driver. I was picking up an order from this location. I went through the drive thru, waited for them to answer. No response. I went up to the window and there were around 5 orders on the screen. I honked my horn no one came. So I went to the front of the building and knocked on the window. They said that they were not open when obviously they didnt want to do their job. They complain about not making enough money well they are taking away my time and money. Date 3.6.22 time 10.30

This place is the worst; workers never stay till closing. I have gone multiple times 1:30 hours before closing and they just let you wait on the microphone. Completely ignore you say nothing while they know you are waiting. They also don’t open on time. Multiple people were going through the drive thru and left because no one was in the microphone; nor inside the store. Horrible. I am not sure how this manager keeps the job.
