Wendy's

The food is the only part of this that gives it the 3 stars. That's because it was cooked properly and the taste was fair. This Wendy's is like most I've been to. The inside isn't well maintained, not inviting at all. And the management isn't pleasant. After going through the drive through, we checked our checking account because their printer wasn't working for drive through. We were charged 17.48 for two junior cheese burgers and a Hot Honey Chicken sandwich. I parked, walked into the Wendy's and was confronted by an employee, followed up by what looked to be the manager. After she verified we were incorrectly charged, she hands me 7 dollars cash without a word. Without a receipt I was unable to verify my food was properly charged or not. If you want to make sure you are not overcharged, go to the Taco Bell or Zaxby's next door.

Yup. One star. It's a shame. Had to walk out to find lunch somewhere else. Three confused employees were staring at us in line. One finally asked about an order that was sitting there. We'd all been waiting for minutes on end for anyone to even approach the register. The best part? The manager was in the back, turns out making his own lunch. Yeah. Taco Bell is right next door.

Went to this location to order a taco salad and a spicy chicken sandwich and was asked to pull up. After twenty minute and 10 customers later an employee came out and I approached him about my meal. He chuckled and said it was coming off the grill and left. Didn’t bother to go ba k in to ask about my meal. Five minutes later I approached the drive through and inquired about my meal. They had completely forgotten about my order. The worse service I have ever experienced. They didn’t even apologize.

Holy cow! Just spent 15 minutes in line and didn't even have the common courtesy of being addressed by a single person on the staff...and it was just me and one other person (ahead of me) inside the store! When he finally turned around and told me that he placed his order 20 minutes prior, hadn't even paid, and we were watching vehicle after vehicle in the drive through be serviced, I walked out. If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. Never seen such poor customer service!

Very rude didn’t follow request for burger. Person taking and giving orders gave no napkins and attitude when I requested for sauce, because he was too busy flirting with young girls. He was taking orders mixing up change and just about anything to get a reaction from the younger. I understand you want a smile but maturity is nessicary in a job.

They messed up my sons burger; when I took it back inside to have a new one made they left the ketchup off the burger. Essentially we walked back and forth to the inside of Wendy's way too many times!! The gentleman that helped me allowed me to keep the incorrect burger too; I fed it to our six month old Doberman puppy. The service was decent just the mistake on the burger.
