Did was so delicious today! My granddaughter lives this place so I have it a try today and I tell you y the food was fresh, still not when I got home and so good !!! Will definitely be returning!! And don't forget to download their app! It's Awesome!!! Just for the downloading the app, you get a free meal on your next visit and it's not like most restaurant apps where you must earn points to get rewards......no...... You get a reward after Every purchase, just for scamming the app 😉 it's Great!!!! Go Zaxby's ☝️

The store closes pretty much whenever it wants, online says 9pm, only for me to drive there and the signs say it close at 8pm. Unfortunately it was 8:10 and the cashier refused to take my order. Last week, they were closed when it should have been open. The least they could do is update the website, so we won’t waste gas as much as it is🙃

345p and doors locks.. skip this trash! Same 5p closing sing on door several days in a row 08/2021 - Boycott restaurants that are drive thru only. Owners still compromising to make millions - less staff at higher wages by cutting services and quality. Ordered a large meal...no large cups (out) and regular portion of fries.....hmmmm VALUE? CHARGED FULL LARGE PRICE. SMH Typical fast food and fast food service. An occasional customer service shining star though most often non-smiling "Why do I have to work" personalities have direct customer contact. They do what they have to do but is more like serving grandma at the family reunion. You know you best do it or life will be unpleasant.

Literally the worst fast food experience of my life. They have a sign in front of the door saying you can order to go, and walk in and pick up your food. Their website allows you to do this. And when you order your food they then refuse to open the doors because they say they cannot work your order and you must wait in line. That wait was 45 minutes.
