Kfc

I absolutely love their food today. I stopped there thinking I could get in and out with my order because I had tickets for the aquarium and I had a certain amount of time to get there. On everything, I waited 45 minutes for my food. They told me it was going to be an eight minute wait for tenders. But I ended up waiting about 40 to 45 minutes watching people get served in front of me with the smaller orders of $10. They could have got my order up. I have a large family and yes it was a big order but still.

We have always gotten all white meat in our meals with of course an upcharge, but now there is a take it as it comes . We also always get a mix of crispy and original they don't have crispy at 8 pm. The decline of this KFC has really hit an all time low. If I could give a negative star it would get 5 of them

I only gave 3 stars only for the chicken, coleslaw, and customer service. We eat at a lot of KFC over the United States. And they mashed potatoes and gravy was the worst. The gravy was like water or you can say soup gravy and mashed potatoes tasted as it came from a grocery store. The instant mash in a box. They also didn't have baked chicken, which I really can't complain about because some do and some don't. I have to say the chicken tastes pretty good and fresh. The breast of chicken was huge. The coleslaw was fresh and not super runny.

As a brand they have tasty chicken. This location is typical of the fast food restaurants in the neighborhood. I don’t really want to look at the inspection score based on the floor of the restaurant the condition of the parking lot. It’s mostly the attitude of the employees which may be symptomatic of Lope into few hours. That is only conjecture. I know that if I’m looking for KFC I will look for a different location than this one.
