Delicious food, worth it ☺️ fresh pastries, varieties of drinks, and warm soups . And I like how they lay out the place with their tables, lights and different order option. They have take out, dine-in, rapid pick up and waiting time is around 10 minutes at least. Today was a bit packed, but it was alright

I have gone to this location for years and never had an issue. I work across the street and placed an order at 1pm that I would pick up at 1:30pm. I get there at 1:35 and it wasn't ready. That's fine. So I wait until about 1:50, almost late coming back to work. At this point I just want a refund but they tell me to wait because my order is almost ready. Didn't get it until a couple of minutes until 2pm. All I ordered was a salad with a few toppings. I'm not one to write bad reviews and I work in the service industry as well so I understand if it's busy. It wasn't and they seemed to be fully staffed. They couldn't get a manager to the front and the girl prepping the rapid pick ups acted like she did not want to be there and I watched her roll her eyes a few times. I definitely won't be using the rapid pick up option again because it absolutely was not rapid, and honestly will probably not be coming back to this location. I will warn my coworkers about this since a lot of us come for lunch, but with the wait I wasn't able to grab my meal and enjoy my lunch like in the past.

Slow. Slow. Slow. Food prep is so unorganized. My bagels sat toasted waiting for scrambled eggs and bacon for 15 minutes! I watched as someone finally slapped them on… then waited another few minutes while they sat there waiting for someone to wrap them… oh then they waited a bit more all wrapped up before they made their way into a bag. Pathetic.
