I got take out and the service was fast. My order was accurate and the guy working the window was great. He checked to make sure I had Honey Mustard and napkins before giving me my food. The only reason for 4 stars is the fries are very bland. There was no salt or seasoning. The chicken was great and as well as the Honey Mustard.

This is the best Jack's bone in fried chicken I've had. I get it every week and it is great. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is they never give you napkins. Even when I ask if they will put napkins in the bag I still don't get any. Go get chicken and biscuits at this location, you won't be disappointed. Just bring your own napkins.

I ordered the patty melt, was not toasted. The fries are awful, employee didn't even ask i wanted sauce. None in bag. Go to wendys next time. Not worth the 8 bucks I paid.

We stopped here on our way to a hike. This was our first time and the food was great. The chicken sandwich and tenders were nice and well seasoned. The burger and fries was great.

We were in Chattanooga for the weekend and got take out from here. It wasn't busy but it took a long time to get our order. When I mentioned that they hadn't given us one of our shakes the appeared put out and begrudgingly made the last shake. The food was good but they seemed either understaffed or overworked. It was extremely hot that evening and I know it's not ideal working in a kitchen under those circumstances. Customer service just needs some improvement.

I got a chicken biscuit and it was inedible. Not sure what the problem was. It's like they left a big sinewy layer on the chicken, which I couldn't bite though, even if I'd wanted to, and I can eat most anything. Wish I'd tied to eat it there so I could have taken it back. The hash browns were edible but old and greasy. The Diet Dr. Pepper was good, and made for a good breakfast. 😉

Okay so driving through on vacation in Chattanooga we spotted this place. Being from Missouri I thought this was a Jack In The Box but it is not. What it is is a really great place for chicken! I tried the chicken meal and I was pleasantly surprised with a great flavor and taste. I would definitely stop here again if I am driving through chattanooga!

Ordered for 3 people. Two of the same order with mill shakes, no issues with those. Ordered a chicken sandwich which was under cooked, didn't even get the fries and almost forgot our drink. Will never go here again.
