Ruben burger with fries was the best tasting burger I have had in a long time. It's unique combination of flavors was AMAZING. Matt our server was on the spot and attentive. This restaurant was quiet and had very few customers. With food of this quality I don't know how it's not packed to the seams.

We had lunch here today, came in just before 11:30. For half the time we were there, it seemed like there was only one waitress, and gotta say she did a great job juggling seating incoming diners, taking and delivering orders, and making drinks, all without taking an inordinate amount of time or feeling rushed or hectic. The food was excellent: the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich and the smoked turkey breast were simply exquisite. We also got the appropriately named heavenly pudding for dessert and it was, indeed, divine. Highly recommend!

Had high hope's based off of word on the street. But, they were out of a few things (menu items) and I was served the wrong beer, so not off to a good start (waitress doesn't drink beer, so she had no clue --- I had ordered a light beer, and was served a beer so dark that you could barely see thru it). Food was average at best: I had a chicken dish, was supposed to be crispy, was limp and "wet", very small as well; friend had brisket, looked nothing like brisket, was grey in color, small portion as well; his wife got a salad; my wife got the salmon and it was dry. Food came out so quick that it had to be already prepared and sitting under warmers or something. Doubtful we'll ever go back, unfortunately.

This used to be my favorite place for brunch and especially for biscuits and gravy. However, the quality of the food has been in serious decline here for a few years. I am willing to give a restaurant a pass for a mediocre meal from time to time, but after a certain point I call curtains for the place. The seasoning and the cooking had been either way over or under, and some of the quality ingredients seem swapped out with what tastes like frozen or store bought. In a word, disappointing..
