Subway

The greatest service ever! I was getting a pedicure at Walmart n decided to grab a protein bowl n they didn't have any forks n so the girl gave mea spoon. Well, about 10mins later I was sitting in the nail place n the subway worker walked in. She had went n bought forks n brought me one! That is what I call GREAT SERVICE! I dont know her name but she was the sweetest!

There were two women working when I arrived. They were talking back and forth with each other and not attempting to help customers. It wasn’t a problem until a line started forming and they were all confused as to why they were not helping us. And just as I thought they would they pulled out bread and started putting cheese on them so they could be baked. Wasn’t an issue but there was plenty of bread already finished. I had to leave because of time getting back to work. One woman’s name was Sherry. Didn’t get the other ones name. The owner of this branch really needs to hire other employees because sherry especially wasn’t caring at all that people were not getting served. Hate to put a negative review but I think people that are in a rush need to know not to go to this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited in line for 20 minutes, took them 15 minutes to make my sandwich, just for them to tell me they are only taking cash at the end. Wish they would have said that at the beginning, but I wasn’t too mad. Then I leave to get cash, come back in, & they threw my sandwich away. So they remake it, which took another 15 minutes. Get to the end of the line again & the same girl tells me “we can’t ring anything up now” because she “doesn’t know the prices of everything”. Slow, untrained, and rude.

Terrible service. I saw one guy cleaning and other guy making the sandwiches when there is long line. When the guy was done cleaning, he finally decided to help and make mine. I ask multiple times, "did u wash your hands?" Then he replied "do u want me to?" So he did. Improper cleaning your hands because he didnt wash it long enough or follow health code. Then he proceeded to make my sandwich. I ask him to put some veggies and add some avocado then gave me attitude that it is not free and it is extra charge. I'm fine with extra but the guac or avocado look old and aged. So I said no thanks. This is by the far the worst customer service. The sandwiches was dried. Tasted old. Nothing tasted fresh. Waste of 8 bucks

The sign says coffee is $0.79. The total came up to $1.79 before tax. I said something and the woman told me it comes up to $1.79 with all the taxes... Right. Then someone else says “Jack forgot to put up the 1” and they refused to honor what their sign advertises... So I asked for my money back and they made sure to take an extra long amount of time to do so.
