Terrible customer service at the drive thru. I had a large order and between every single item, I was met with a sigh and frustration from the person taking my order. There was also multiple errors in my order.

Didn't care for the commercial that came out about Iowa. Insinuating our meat here is lesser. But that being said I do like their menu selection. It does take a long time to get your food. They're more of a Quick Serve than a fast food. A couple times we've gone there the food has not been hot or our order was missing something. Other than that its ok

Would have given 5 stars but at least half the employees have attitude issues at times. The food is great and the other staff make up almost for the failures of the others. As far as an Arby's go this is one of the best.
