Hardee's

I love this place! Had a girl that I call my Angel, paid for my food, well, a portion of it for me, as I didn't have enough! I couldn't thank her enough! I come now every day! I paid My Angel back and then some! But I really was appreciative of what she did for me! I've been through other fast food places and not had enough money and I had to cancel it or take stuff off! Not here! Thank you to my Angel again! Hardee' s is Lucky to have you working for then! Hope they take notice in your wonderful Customer service skills! You Rock! ☆☆☆☆☆~♡

So, last night I figured I would get a quick bite to eat before work since I had a long shift ahead of me. Now, usually I'm no a big fan of Hardees, but it was the closest thing to me. Needless to say, I won't be returning ever again. First thing was that I was sitting in line for ten minutes,or nearly close to it. There was only two cars ahead of me and the car behind me even left. Secondly, they didn't even say hi, I didn't get a smile, when I left there was no "good day" or even a sorry for the wait. Thanks for the hospitality guys. And thirdly, I was hoping the wait would at least be worth it. Nope. Fries were, thankfully warm, but not as much as they could be and my sandwich was lukewarm on the outside and COLD on the inside. Hot Ham N' Cheese my ass, this might as well been a cold cut deli sandwich by the time I got it. Never coming back.

Dumbest employees on the face of the earth. Had to repeat myself several times to complete a number 9 breakfast with a milk. I watched another man come up and had to ask for a fork to eat his breakfast, another man came in from the drive through with 2 breakfast sandwiches with no egg on them. How do you forget to put egg on the breakfast sandwich? my sandwich looked like it went through a press when I got it. Bad food, bad service!!! Done with this place!! And you guys think you deserve $15.00 an hour? You have to do a good job first... and then.... maybe!!

Manager refused to serve me after he assumed I was done ordering and I told him I was not. The manager never asked if I was done ordering, after the first thing I ordered he tried to rush me through the drive thru. When i took more then ten seconds he accused me of being vindictive when I was only trying to figure out what my children wanted to eat. After the accusation he told me that he would cancel the order (the whole one sandwich I had ordered so far) and would refuse me service and basically said that me and my children are wasting his time.
