Awful 😞. Ordered two 13 Giants with extra meat and cheese. I typically eat at JM on Durant Road in Raleigh, which I think is the best in the Triangle. I suggest Cary take a lesson from Durant Road on extra meat and cheese. It was a joke to call what I received as extra meat/cheese. It was the equivalent of a regular 13. The fun does not stop…meat and cheese were room temperature, lettuce was soggy, and bread clearly doughy and under cooked. Unfortunately I did not realize this disastrous experience until I got back to the job site. No customer service, just some people behind counter grunting periodically. $45 out the door, complete rip off.

I just came through drive thru today. Asked cashier Lauren to put peppers on my sandwich. Looked at the receipt at it didn't say add peppers like usual so I asked her when she gave me the sandwich and she straight up lied and said yes they are on there. Like are you kidding. How hard was it to add the peppers on? Or put some in a cup, she just had to lie? Not that pepper's are that important it is the fact she lied to my face.

Terrible drive through experience, mary with the long nails had a bad attitude. My order was made wrong and she argued with me saying that “well i asked if thats what you wanted” i said nothing about what she added on, she simply rang it up wrong and then told me to come inside to have it remade, so i requested a refund, the shift manager did it, …i didnt get any apology or anything and he didnt speak. Just nonchalant attitudes. i told him that she was rude, and he simply said “ok” and walked away from the window. I will be reporting to another manager or corporate!
