Chic-fil-a he is always fresh. No matter which location you go to in or out of state. You will get them fresh is food and the best customer service experience. I didn't even know that they serve milkshakes now. Maybe I'm late. I enjoyed the chicken nuggets and the fries. They are amazing. I love their fries.

I came to buy a sandwich because I love coming to Chick-Fil-A. When it was time to pay, the cashier said "I hope the hundred bill is real!" What she told me was not correct, is she telling me that because I’am Hispanic? I felt bad for her to say that to me. Plus they gave me the wrong food.

They are closed for few days now( as of Sep 2nd 2021) and there is no notice or information about it online or on the glass entrance doors.
I see many cars just driving by for nothing. If there is some notice about it online or on glass doors infront of the store it helps.

Might be our worst visit to a Chick-fil-A ever. We ordered an 8-nugget meal to go. Backed out of the parking spot, and into traffic to find we had 3 strips, and about 3/4 of the usual amount of fries. And, those fries were not tasty at all. Not sure what the issue was. Our ordering experience was a pleasure. Staff was super friendly and helpful. But the back staff must have been working out some kinks.?. We will be back in the future, but will check our order before leaving. We aren't going to get mad, especially during these times. We just want the order to be correct, and not to waste food.

I understand that with COVID there is an issue with jobs being able to keep employees, but your customers shouldn’t be penalized for it. I placed an order at 10:00 AM for breakfast food. I live 5 or 6 minutes away, so I got there at 10:07 with the light. I then checked in so that my food could be prepared. When I got to the speaker to tell them that I’m here, it was 10:36. Breakfast is now over so I can’t get my food. I only wanted breakfast food, so I’m now sitting in line at 10:45 so I can go to Waffle House to get food. I will never understand how I couldn’t get my food when I checked in and said I was here WELL before 10:30…

App needs work. Says delivery is an option, but when order is completed app says delivery is not an option, most frustrating. Having said that, the restaurant has outstanding food quality and service. App issues are not their fault.

The food came highly recommended by another visiting US.
It a good experience, staff were friendly, the place was clean looking, flower on the table, order came to the table quickly and the food quality was by far much better when comparing to the US McDonalds I had tried near by few days before.

Andrew that works the drive-thru is friendly, genuine and always smiling. He brightens the day for anyone he comes in contact with. Employees like Andrew are hard to come by. Thank you for the great service Andrew!
