Mcdonald's

This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to! For real, the employees were so nice! The chicken sandwich was actually delicious yall! They were even nice to my daughters. My expectations for chain restaurants is pretty low honestly, however this time I was extremely impressed with the service. Keep these employees happy is all I can say!

Just Hass to be one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever in my life been to. They are so slow it’s beyond any type of normal being slow or being busy. I took my granddaughter last weekend and had I not promised her McDonald’s I would have gotten out of the drive-through and left because we waited for one hour and three minutes in the drive-through To get our food. I did not wanna break a promise to her no matter what so are went ahead and said there’s one but I would never do it again. On top of being extremely slow they’re also very rude. The inside is not open right now so you have to use the drive-through. Also I do door Dash sometimes and I have had to go to that particular McDonald’s a lot lately because it’s the only one that’s open really late and it is always a 20 to 30 minute wait no matter what time of day.

All the McDonald's in Carrollton ga are pretty bad. This one I thought was better than the rest unless it's after 7 at night. Then the young kids are working. They do not want to do nothing. Young kids that don't care about customer service or even there job. Boy in the drive thru was pretty nice but didn't seem thrilled when I asked for new fries because the ones I got was overcooked and cold. He comes back 2 minutes later with hot fries but they looked like the same ones. They were well done and dried out like before. Did he reheat them I don't know. Got home with them and I couldn't eat them or my double cheeseburger. The bun on the cheeseburger was peeling. It was so old. Waste of money! Never again!! I wish their was a zero star!!

Slow service due to lack of employees most of the time. Never go after 9pm. I find that service is worse after 9 and most always fries taste a day old. One experience lately the night manager walked out on the ONLY employee there and left her with a line wrapped around the building. My wait was well over 30 minutes and the manager and I had words because she was cursing the employee as she was leaving. I felt bad for the teenage girl and if it would have been my teen they definitely wouldn't have returned to work before I spoke to the franchise management about their managers.

Rude and Ghetto! Too many kids working so you can never get good service. One girl yesterday literally argued with me in the drive through because I was waiting an extremely long time and said “Hello… yes, I’m waiting to give my order.” Her reply… “really.” I’ll NEVER patronize this foolishness of a fast food chain again. I see why people do t mind going to Chic-fil-a or Zaxby’s. For the most part the service is always good.
