We were attracted to this place seeing all the customers coming and going. Well worth the visit and overdue as we had just the right meal. Stuffing the salad into the roll is a great idea. I posted several photos of our experience.

One of my favorite places to eat in the Dallas area. The Cobb sandwich is delicious, as the bread is! My nephew and niece got the chicken tenders kids meal, which they always enjoy. I don't know if I can say it's healthy with that amount of dressing and bread, but I love it anyway. I think this sandwich idea is fantastic!

I absolutely love the sandwiches. The bread is toasted to perfection then salad is added to it making it the best combination when you’re need of a healthy but filling meal.

We like BZ and have been ordering about once a week. Today was awful. Too much bread scooped out. Only thin crust was left and fell apart. Only 3 shrimp in a NOLA. Nobody had the right dressing. Had to wait 10 min because they didn't have cookies made. Won't be back anytime soon.

Love the concept and the sandwiches.
However, this location needs a major makeover!
The inside is just dirty and run down. Gunk everywhere. Yuck. Please do a deep clean, repair, replace and paint.

I ate at the Bread Zeppelin in Carrollton, and found the salads were very expensive and not of good quality. Their "home made" bread pudding was terrible and consisted of dried bread that had no taste. I suggest you stear clear of this place.

Good food and timely service during peak lunch hours.
However I ordered shrimp and recceived chicken in my zeppelin. Zeppelin came wrapped up and I didn't realize until I arrived at home.

YUM. As simple as that. The bread is firm on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, they stuff the bread leaving just enough fluff to enjoy but not overwhelm. The stuffing, you can pick what goes inside or pick from preselected ideas, great either way. And so many sauces to pick from. My fav is the horseradish sauce at the moment but it changes as my taste buds change. I go there for the sandwiches for sure, again THE BREAD!, but I have gotten salad before too and it doesn't disappoint either. Oh ya, the staff, I have always had a great experiences, they are patient and helpful when I can't decide which way to go or which sauce would go nicely with what I picked.
