Mcdonald's

THERE WAS A BONE IN MY MCCHICKEN. Worst experience of my life. After discovering this in my mouth and almost choking on it I went back to return the rest of the food of which more than half was not touched. The customer service representative tried to give me another fresh McChicken which of course I did not want. She tried to give me a refund for the one McChicken which I refused. I do not advise anyone to go to this store for poor service. I did not want to have to go back to the store to arise the issue. I also did not want to feed our children bones so I refused to give them this food. I did not appreciate the service after the fact. One of the representatives stated that they did not put the bone in the sandwich which I am well aware of but somehow it ended up there which rises the safety concerns. No procedure is being followed and are putting every single customer in danger. DISGUSTING.

The McDonald's was clean and it was comfortable inside. My friend and I decided to get something inside while we waited for rush hour to pass. We each got a McFlury, but I was surprised to see that the young man working at the desk did not use the machine to stir the oreos, but I just assumed it was because the machine was not working. When my friend got his Mcflurry he asked the employee if he was supposed to use the machine to mix it and the employee responded "I just don't want to use it." I usually enjoy McDonalds for their economic services but that does not mean poor customer service.

So mcdonald's as we all know is trashy food so that's not what the stars are for here. It's really here because for the past month I have been going here in the mornings before I get to work and I am legit in the drive thru for like only 3-5 minutes at max. Very nice speed and the food is never messed up.

I like to explain myself and also the experience two others as well. But I haven't visit this McDonald's for twice yesterday was my second time the first time was in the past. McDonald's been out for a while I remember when I used to take my sons and I love it everytime I took them they used to love to get their self Happy Meals and I used to go crazy about those little toys. If you have small kids is wonderful to take them little precious dumplings and get Happy Meals special on the weekend. They say honesty is the best policy so I'm just going to keep it 100 with you. My experience with this when McDonald's yesterday was not too good and I'm a for a person and very friendly so I ordered and specified it at least 2 time and they just I'm not used to going to that McDonald's so you asking me will I return I think not. That's my experience hopefully yours will not be so bad. I guess that's why some people are very picky about their food in this day of time you got to be very careful I'm where you go to eat God bless have a blessed afternoon :-)
