Continues to not take orders correctly and make sandwiches as requested without looking like hog slop. When I worked at Hardee's back in '99, '00, and '01 never had one complaint. That includes from making one order to 3 busses at a time. No excuses I do not have a speech impediment and I am not a pushover when it comes to liquids and food!!!!! Ridiculous

I went here for something simple a vanilla milk shake for my cousin and a strawberry one for me I ordered it just like that no changes just regular milk shakes. I pulled up to pay and this girl could not give out the right money at all and was very rude when another car pulled up rolled her eyes and said rudely “I’ll be with you in a minute” I gave them my money back and she basically threw my money at me i thought maybe they were busy and she didn’t mean to then I realized my money was wrong I tried asking for it back but she shut the glass door in my face she had dark skin with brown eyes and somewhat blondeish brunette hair I pulled up to get my milk shakes and told them their staff was rude and I didn’t get my correct money their manager said “actually my staff was not rude if there is an issue get out of my drive through” the guy at the second window looked so embarrassed so I asked for my milk shakes and they gave them to me then slammed the window in my face. DO NOT EAT HERE SUCH A DISRESPECTFUL AND DISGUSTING PLACE

Had a friend that worked here and so did I the workers are always tired and some barely even get hours. The managers and staff will talk about other behind their back and costumers once I was working presentation and heard a person in front line say they had to let someone else take this old lady’s order because they couldn’t stop laughing at her. I’ve seen people bring the costumers receipts to them and laugh at what people ordered this place it’s extremely toxic. Some people haven’t had shifts in literal months but they’re always understaffed. Now when I go here they always look tired and stressed I ask for regular things like a cheese burger and it always messes it up some how I really think someone needs to come to this place and do a check in on it and talk to the workers

The place is disgusting. I don’t know why anyone would eat here. I went to order and the girl had no idea what she was doing plus rude I pulled up to the first window and asked for her name so I could report her to her manager she said her name was Emily so I asked for the manager and she said “there is no manager here right now” uhhhhh WHAT? So I just paid for my food and ignored it my meal costed 8 dollars and something cents I handed in a 20 and she gave me three dollars back after saying this isn’t my change I would like my correct money back Emily said “I would have to call the manager to come open the register and she’s not here right now “ annoyed I just went on and pulled up to the second window they got my order wrong entirely I asked for a Dr.pepper and got a coke I asked for a medium fry and there wasn’t any fries in the bag. I asked the girl at the second window for a manager and she said the manager was on “smoke brake” so I said I’d wait for the manager the girl at the second window told me to pull into a parking space and wait there (the only nice worker there) I waited 30 mins and no one came so I went in the store and they said their manager was still gone. GONE FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR ?!?! You’re kidding me right so I left and called the next day and no one picked up my call if I could give this place zero stars I would
