Subway

The owner tends to work most shifts because he has NO customer service skills. He continually has new staff because he is awful. When confronted about his attitude he said, "I can do what I want, I own this place.". He varies his CLOSING hours based on his whims. I told him people rely on certain scheduled hours. He said he will do what he wants. He rarely thanks a customer. He skimps on the quantities for the sandwiches.

I will NOT be ordering any more sandwiches from this particular Subway. The older middle eastern man was the only employee there ,he may even be the manager. I ordered what is called the "Big Hot Pastrami" 6 inch on sourdough & he did not put a generous portion of pastrami on it at all. It was NOT even close to what is advertised as a big signature sandwich. Extremely dissatisfied. I also ordered a turkey & swiss on sourdough (6 inch) which was awful. I had to ask him to put on more olives after he put on an inadequate amount. He seemed to struggle with speaking English & was not concerned with providing good customer service. It was very obvious that this guy doesn't care about the quality of the sandwiches or his customers.

Online order for 4 sandwiches. 2 of which were missing key protein that was came with the sandwich. Upon contacting manager I was asked to bring food back (time constraints not factored), after arriving manager was rude and did not want to fix new sandwiches. I will not order from this establishment again and advise others to check orders prior to leaving. Manager needs customer skills training desperately.

Nobody in there but the one worker who didn't great us was short on any inquiries i made was gonna stay and eat but felt unwelcomed so we took out and my girlfriend got a meal that had a coke and it had no flavor and was flat i wanted some cookies that i guess didn't hear me 3 times the price for 2 6 inch meat ball and a meal was 24 something thinking he just forgot my cookies which he did and wasn't even charged for it and he'll have to charge it still to which i said no that's ok and he walks away!!! 1st and last visit for me !! Very disappointed and felt totally unappreciated as a customer!! I'm not one to leave such negative feed back but had to share due to not even saying thank you.
