Wave Fish & Chips

I don’t know if the owner is aware of it but their business listing on Google and Apple both show different operating hours, phone contact, and prices. I’m not sure if they are short on staff but no one came out to take my order on my first visit. On my second visit I got the Fish & Chips, the portions were good and the food was delicious. I will definitely come back, that is if someone is there to take my order. Lol 😋

Came for a fried chicken sandwich just now, it’s literally a patty from the fosters chicken bag not chicken breast. An whole slice of onion just slapped on there. I could have made it at home. Ordered garlic fries got fries with lemon pepper. All this after waiting over 5 minutes to even be greeted after having called and tried to order but they couldn’t understand me so I just came in. Terrible experience. Never coming back.

HORRIBLE! Food was scary disgusting. I asked him what it was and he told me he didn't know what it was. I'm wondering if he scooped the food from under the fryer seriously. Everything was weird, honestly feel like it's a cover up for something. Seemed sketchy and like drug deals were happening. Never go here! How is this place even in business? And there pictures aren't even pictures of there food. Barely even saw anyone as well, decided to play my own music on my phone sense it was so silent. And help myself to the fridge for soda and leave money on the counter for the soda. Yikes

They have poor customer service! I waited 20 minutes before someone came out and took my order. Two employees walked in and I asked them if someone is taking orders, yet it still took another 10 minutes or so for someone to come and take my order. The food is okay, nothing to brag about. I could buy this in the frozen food section at my local grocery store, and toss it in my air fryer. Lastly, the restraunt is very dusty, and hot! I will not go back, thanks but no thanks!

I am really concerned about this place. It's under new ownership and is now Kabul Fish and Chips. They did not update their menu or signage to reflect this. It only became apparent upon payment when their iPad displayed the store name. Their refrigerator was down. AC was down. They were unable to explain why they couldn't complete our onion ring order and soft pressured us to accept a substitute instead of a refund. They said something about wireless being down, but I don't know what that had to do with onion rings. After some consideration, we decided to cancel our entire order and seek a refund. The person manning the front went into the back and never came back out. We attempted to get their attention to get a refund and were unable to raise anybody from the kitchen despite knocking and shouting. We waited a couple minutes, then decided to handle the matter with our bank. Ownership should seriously consider closing until they're safely able to serve food.
