Panera Bread

I wish I could give zero stars. No body really cares at this location about the quality of food being served. The sandwich fell apart in the oven and they did not even have the courtesy to make it better. Forgot to give our sides with the order. All the staff are more interested in chatting among themselves rather than serving customers.

They came close but missed the mark I loved Panera, haven't had in awhile. I decided to order delivery tonight. IMO.. the broccoli cheese soup was just a little salty, but edible. I also ordered a margherita flatbread. If they would have given it 4 more minutes of fire, and I wouldn't have received it ice cold, could have been great. Sad to leave this review but I'm just giving my experience Brownie was good. Soup was hot. That's why I'm not giving 1 star.

Recently got the unlimited coffee thing and started visiting this store. I've given them at least 8 tries now. Every single time it's been: Horrible service. Horrible food. Microwaved? Thrown together. Falling apart. Coffee never prepared as ordered. EVER. Mobile orders handed out missing half the order. EVERY TIME. LIKE HOW??? HOW CAN IT BE SO BAD? EVERY TIME. It's so reliably bad I would bet $ my order will be messed up in SOME way. I won't be back. They even inspired me to cancel the subscription because there's no other Paneras convenient on my commute, and it's just not worth it.

I love panera but this is my most worst experience. The worst service I have ever seen when compared to other panra. The sandwich that ordered had only tomato but charged for the entire full toppings. I have never seen such best sandwich in this entire world. Atleast honesty from them saying that the topping are not available would have been nice. The order placed was not handled properly, sides were missed in the package. The service was terrible. All they cared is about chatting and having fun among themselves which is not wrong but treating and looking into customer's orders is also equally important. The very first and worst experience. Not even worth giving a single star! Entered hunger and came out angry!
