The fries were hot. That's the only positive here. The burgers were cold, as if they had been sitting for an hour. Very disappointed with our experience. I took 2 bites and threw it straight in the trash!

There was a dead cockroach on the floor at the counter. The buns were so stale and dry they crumbled when you picked it up. We usually enjoy Hardee's but the one in Canton was awful

We tried their breakfast platter with bacon and it was delicious. In the meal was one egg, hash rounds, two strips of bacon, a big homemade biscuit, and about a half cup of gravy with sausage to put over the biscuit. We topped it off with a cup of piping hot coffee. I was so full afterwards. It's alot of food for the price. 😉

Our Hardee's makes sure our order is hot and they try very hard to get it right. Food can be a bit pricey but they make-up for that with serving size and recognizable beef.

Yet again Hardee's has forgotten that 'Broiled' doesn't mean burned, or cooked out of of recognition. Used to go to Hardee's for a better tasting burger. BK tastes like propane, McD sometimes too salty, not enough or way to much condiments but recently Hardee's has been Overcooked and that is comparing to McD who is always Overcooked but tender. Also, did Hardee's change buns? Seems sweeter than a few months ago.

Omg, meat was sour too taste(roast beef) send sandwich hot ham and cheese, cold like it had been sitting for hours.

I enjoy getting the western bbq burger. Food is always hot and tasty. Fries are never old or cold in my experience. Never had to return order because it was wrong.
