I love their food and this location is wonderful. Very quiet, and a good place to go if you wanna get some work done, read, or just meet with a friend to catch up. It's right at the Rutgers campus so you feel safe, and the employees are very kind and helpful. Definitely will be a regular customer there.

I don’t know who these random guest got serviced by, but I live above this place and frequent there often when I have no other option. The service is pushy and disengaged. The lettuce and other condoments have been spoiled at times. She puts small vegetable quantities on in my experiences and the place says it closes at 9 and the lady locks up at 8:45 sometimes. Go spend your $10 at victors pub or a McDonald’s up the street where you’ll be more appreciated and better accommodated.

Oredered and paid for some peanut butter cookies online, and ordered well enough ahead of time for the cookies to be made, or at least the oven pre-heated. The host refused to do her job for something I paid for, and the manager made no attempt to contact me. Terrible customer service, will not be returning to this franchise.
