It took over an hour for us to get our taco bowl and fajitas. While a table of 4 came in after us received their food before us. We had to ask for plates to eat our appetizer on. We asked for extra napkins but never received. Our server didn't realize that we didn't have our food until like 45 minutes into our visit. When the food came out it was barely warm/cold. The fajitas plate was sizzling hot but the food was not. We were given a no apologetic "sorry". We opted to leave. No compensation or incentives were offered to us. It was my first time trying this place. Bummer!

Nice ambience, quiant and snuck away. Great for date night. El Azteca is known around here for reliable Mexican food. However this place adds a special touch with the calm service. Drinks were good as expected. Highly recommended.

They don't pay attention to the orders. They do not retain information given when placing an order. The ability to accurately take orders over the phone is extremely poor. The develop an attitude when tou correct them and when they fix the order, it takes longer for them to fix it than the initial order. My suggestion is... repeat the order before placing it. HIRE someone with the ability to listen and accurately take orders.

A local stop. Been here dozens of times. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Food is good, normal Texmex style cuisine. Definitely not hard-core authentic but prepared well. Good drinks.

Service is friendly and awesome. The food is great. We have been eating here weekly since it's opening a distance of 16 miles from our home.

It’s okay. Margaritas way too sweet. Chips and salsa were good. Do not order guacamole it was like baby food just a purée of avocado. Burritos are small.

The food was not freshly made it was reheated, the flavor was good, presentation was okay. Overall,it was okay. My child did not get utensils so she started eating with her fingers I had to ask her for it,she never noticed we had no utensils.

Most times of going here, the food is exactly as ordered and tastes good. But the reason for 3 🌟 and not higher is because sometimes the food is barely warm or not exact and when you are paying for something it should be the same Always. Restaurants don't get to have bad or "off" days.
