Placed my order at 907 this morning
2 coffees and a muffin.
I know the time as I had to be to work around the corner at 915.
I did not leave the store until 927.
20 minutes to wait for 2 coffees.
I was not happy.
And they said " oh we ate short staffed"
One on cash and 3 making orders.
How many does it take to make a few coffees.

Shaylin went above and beyond to serve us our chocolate croissant today. Otherwise this location deserves 1 star because they're usually out of whatever we ask for. The only reliable thing they have is coffee.
I feel bad I didn't leave a tip for her.

This Tim Hortons location is a fine little restaurant. Quick and friendly service. It is a bit smaller than others. It also does not have a drive-by run which is a bit of a disappointment. Having to stand in line can be inconvenient at times.
Overall, a decent place to buy a coffee, donut, soup, or sandwhich.

They are consistently out of various food ingredients; no matter what time of day you go. Including hash browns, cold drink ingredients, vegetables, chicken. They generally have a poor donut selection as well. Service is okay.

Seems to be the only Tim Hortons in town that has nothing to eat upon opening hours. I know were in a pandemic, but all other locations are serving food first thing in the morning.
Update: Months later, Got there by 6:15 am today, still not a single baked item on the racks. It would be nice to be able to have a snack in the morning.
Update#2... 6:45 am, Once again. No food. Didn't even bother to enter the store. Kinda sucks when you have to go to another location when this is the one that is close to where you live.
Again, for a franchise known for their baked goods, they sure don't like to sell any at 7:15 am. Empty racks.

This location is pathetic.
Typically they are somewhat slow.
Today, I walked in and was second in line.
27 min to get 1 coffee.
When I received my coffee, there were 14 people in line behind me.

Made them remake my drink twice and still got it wrong!! It’s a passion fruit tea LEMONADE. Even mobile order because I was in a rush, very annoying
