I really hate the service here. From last one year i went in the store 3-4 times and i was always dissapointed. Rude staff (especially that lady working there) and not at all quality food.
I doubt whether they did their proper training for subway or not.

Visited here last week and ordered a sub. The woman behind the counter finished helping the previous customer at the cash register, then made my sandwich without washing her hands or changing gloves. I'd prefer if my sandwich didn't come into contact with the germs from everyone's change at the register. Visited again today and the same woman did the exact same thing. She finished at the register and immediately went to make my sandwich without washing her hands or changing gloves. I had to ask her to change her gloves. We're in a pandemic...I shouldn't have to ask!

If i could give 0 star i would. Horrible service and that one lady who works there whenever i ask for extra sauce or anything she would answer back in such a rude way. Have been working nearby this location so i would end up going here. Horrible service. Not going again for sure and wouldn't recommend either!

There is a reason this place has a 3.8 rating. They have no idea how to attend to a customer.
This place will make subs for an Uber order that has a driver still 11min away instead of making subs for the customers in front of them. Lost 2 customer tonight. Myself and the lady in front of me.

Excellent customer service by the lady.
I was a bit upset when i asked for patties and they were not ready to be served. Store was clean and had all the essential sanitizing supplies.
