Jamaica Jerk Choice

NEW COOK FOOD IS NOT GOOD!!!I went in to get lunch today and when I got home I prepare to eat only to find that the chicken was very tough and under cooked‼️ I went back right away only to be greeted by a Rude women who told me “I can look at the chicken and tell that it’s done!” That might be half the problem, refuses to exchange food or give refund! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME FOOD IS NOT GOOD ANYMORE‼️

They claim to be working on customer service, but it is the absolute worst! I ordered food on Super Bowl Sunday, when it finally arrived it was burnt! I take it back the next day (because I ordered through doordash). I only wanted my food didn't want money just food. The ignorant lady at the counter told me that the food is not burnt and that I'm wrong, as if I don't know what I'm tasting in my mouth! I didn't want my money back I just wanted what I ordered. She proceeded to argue with me that what I'm saying is wrong. Aren't I the customer? Aren't I the one who knows I'm tasting in my mouth? They will never get another dollar out of me, greedy Jamaicans! And I hope that when you respond you tell the truth about how rude you were at the counter and didn't want to LISTEN! YOU SAY IT DOESN'T LOOK BURNT! WELL LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING! You Looked like you'd provide excellent customer service...look how that turned out. All I wanted was my food prepared as I ordered. Would give zero stars if I could.

They have terrible terrible customer service. They take for ever and they have the worst attitudes from the counter help all the way down to the cooks. The food isn't even good. I will say the chicken is decent but the sides and rice are of the worst I've had. I also door dash heavy in this area they take so long and always mess up to the point where unfortunately I have to cancel the order before I even attempt to go there because every time I take the order they take over a half hour to have it made even for a small order. I have said ok and tried a couple times to just wait it out but then customers complained they're orders are not right. I really feel like there's no winning with this place. I have to say for me it's a hard pass!!!

When I first started going here it was great service was great food was great. But as of now the service is terrible. the young ladies are more concerned about having their own conversations instead of taking orders and then they confused the orders. The red beans and rice was not that’s. The gravy was orange looking like some sweet and sour sauce. I will say the cabbage was good
