Love that Chicken & Fish from Popeyes! New fish sandwich is a hit. Hoping it stays on the menu! Minus 1 🌟 because there were no condiments nor napkins any of our three bags. Plus 2 🌟 🌟 because the person who took my order was exceedingly patient thru many order changes and when we received the food it was hot, fresh and yummy!

On the app it states take-out and drive thru, I place my order on the app for take-out (pickup). Get to the UNLOCKED door and slips and fall....cracked my phone. Go inside where one employee is sitting at the table with a female customer and her little girl (they all seen me fall because the little girl ran to the glass door in shock, goes in and the employee tells me that I have to pull through drive thru to get my order....you tacky, unprofessional, ghetto chick. I will not ever go back there.

Normally the Popeye's near Pete's Grocery is on point-- One of the Women always recognized and ask "how you doing"?! Well, today the Service sucked an egg. The Drive Through person thought I wanted 4 #8's which were wings-- I asked for a #10 chicken sandwich combo, and 2 # 9's 5 piece chicken tenders asking for the Mardi Gras Mustard and Ranch Dressings for the tenders. It's supposed to be a 12 minute wait NO ISSUES THERE WE GOTTA WAIT ANY HOW! I BE DAMN I get home no Mardi Gras Mustard which is the bomb. This Lady wasn't listening when I ordered didn't wanna name the sodas other then they have Coca Cola Products😵‍💫😩 and. Dr Pepper, the hell imma do with chicken and no sauce?! Again this used to be my Favorite location since I moved out here. But, the WestSide location at Homan and Chicago taste better, gave premier service and the MARDI GRAS MUSTARD👀 CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A PLUS BUT LISTENING IS KEY. AND SHE LOOK LIKE SHE MIGHT ACTUALLY BE NICE BUT WHOEVER SUPPOSED TO BE BAGGING TERRIBLE 😔

Ordered in app. Picked up in drive thru food was hot & fast however portions were kinda small.. I had the butterfly shrimp 8pc box but like 3 of the shrimp were popcorn size mostly tails 1 was actual just a breaded tail. My son had 3 pc tenders meal was also more like nuggets. Employees were pleasant to deal with. My issues are with product quality were not Popeyes normal.

Extremely unprofessional and rude! All I could hear the entire time while waiting for your food is profanity being used by staff. I’ll never visit this location again. I happened to hear one of the girls say “I don’t give a F, it’s not my food”. So there’s no telling what they’re doing to people’s food. The person who served me was the main one cursing and yelling out the drive thru window to her friend.

I usually like this Popeyes but this las time I went I was highly upset. I ordered from this Popeyes because the one by my house didn't have strips or chicken sandwiches so I took the trip across state line to get what I really wanted. I ordered 16pc SPICY strip family meal and a spicy chicken sandwich meal. I always make sure the strips are spicy before I leave and so I check and I grab one small piece and check it and it was spicy. I get home which is about a 15 min drive only to realize that out of the WHOLE entire box of strips there was only 5 SPICY strips and the rest were regular. Considering I spent almost 50 bucks on that family meal alone I expect to get what I asked for. Don't just give me anything expecting me to not notice. Good thing their chicken is good so I ate them but it wasn't what I ordered. And because it's not around the corner i wasn't gonna go back to fix it. Next time I will check the WHOLE box before I leave.
