Food was Hot, didn't take long for ordering only thing is I would like to have my total amount of purchase before I've got to window to pay, so that I don't have to get money total together as I've arrived to the window. Luckily I had a debit card at the time of ordering that day.

Went through the drive thru. Guy was very rude and acted annoyed that someone wanted food. Hardee's is getting to be just as bad as McDonald's every time their ice cream machine is down. I couldn't have a simple milkshake because they were "out of ice cream". Like how can you be out of ice cream everyday for two weeks.

Was glad they were open. Got my food. Kinda aggravating when you specifically ask for items and they say it’s in the bag so you leave only to find out there is no utensils or condiments. All you can remember is I ask to make sure. So if you don’t care about your job just don’t show up.

When you walk in Cairo Hardee's you feel welcomed n part of something greater. The employees are very social n openly inviting. The services is even better then the environment

Customer Service was good. Hamburger may have been overcooked. But still had flavor and taste..

I'm not sure what's going on tonight but the front counter girl has an attitude and because of her lack of experience, myself and three other people aren't getting our food on time. The line outside is backed up which is why I came inside. It's disgusting. It's really sad. I forgot to snap the drink counter it's wet and filthy, as well.

Not a good experience. Staff was on the rude side. Couldn't even get the order correct. When asked could care less about the order not being right. Won't go there in the evening time.
