Kfc

There were sunflower seeds in my chicken box and when I went to get a refund the lady just said sorry and gave me another box of chicken while the representative standing at the counter were taking peoples order and eating sunflower seeds right in front of me. Like it wasn’t even a problem. Eating while working with customers and then no refund but another box of chicken. Oh okay so I called corporate. Never had to go that far before will not eat there again!!!

I received a to go family meal from this store and and when I arrived home the chichen was burnt 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 I mean not fit to eat and they didn't give me a receipt I told the manager I can show him on my debit card and picture he continue to state I need a receipt in which they did not supply, bottom line manager of store did absolutely nothing not even offer to replace order. I give the a big thumbs down, I would even feed it to a goat.

I normally allow people a pass on alot. Unfortunately, this KFC would be the worse of the worse. I ordered food via door dash. The order was completely wrong and the meal itself had me feeling ill. It was one of my worst food experience that I've ever had. Please be open minded before heading here. The food was awful and when I called in customer service was even worse.

It was on 1-13-2022 at 11:30 a.m. the cashier at the drive thru window named Tyshad she was very rude and had a nasty attitude. At the Byram store you need to train your employees better on friendliness and just decent customer service!!! February 13, 2022, the middle aged lady at the drive thru is very rude she is black , light skin with her hair red.

There's a reason this Byram KFC has such a low rating. My husband and I went thru the drive thru tonight. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with unsweetened tea and my husband ordered a 2 piece meal. I asked for lemon, no lemon. I asked for Splenda for my tea, no Splenda. When we sat down to eat, my husband picked up his small box with his 2 pieces of chicken and the bottom of the box opened up and the chicken fell to the floor. The bottom of the box was so greasy that it couldn't hold the food in it. I'm just amazed at the lack of care and customer service that passes as ok. We will not be back to this KFC.
