Annie's Cafe

You just can not find a better chicken fried steak anywhere in Montana! Absolutely fantastic! I get the chicken fried steak and eggs with hash browns and rye toast. I always take half of the steak home because they are as big as the plate it is served on. Down home folks, (customers and staff). Great food, great service, a great cafe! 5 STARS! If in Butte you have to go to Annie's.

Great little place. Especially liked the bacon, mushroom, cheese omelette with extra crispy (requested) hash browns. Filipino wife liked the noodle bowl, but is a bit of a wait (as warned by the menu). Service excellent and friendly. Old, historic building. There's nothing on the Interstate we could find. Easy to get ti with GPS.

This quaint little place felt like home with the flavor of small town USA. The patrons talked to each other across a Covid19 compliant space. The service staff was friendly and engaging. I am not really sure how long it took for my food, but it felt like it was almost instantaneous. The food was good and came out correct...I can never seem to order directly from the menu. Definitely a nice change up from the typical chain restaurant. Try it out.

Annie's is a lovely family-style restaurant that I go to regularly because they serve liver and onions (the only place in town that does, I believe). You can get breakfast, lunch, or dinner whenever they are open (which is not Mondays, be aware). The COVID-conscious will be glad to know that the restaurant has very high ceilings so it feels extra spacious - please still wear your masks when you're not at your table! Enjoy the amazing array of collectibles featuring Coca-Cola and other soft drinks of yesterday and today.
