Pizza Hut

Since when was there a storage on pizza sauce? Ordered two pizza’s and one had a normal amount of sauce. The cheese pizza should have been cheese sticks. There was no sauce. Ordered 4 ranch dressings and only received 2. Also there were no delivery drivers working so they used door dash to deliver our food so I guess they get an extra star for adapting to the situation and still providing delivery. Since when did pride in your work go out the window. Pizza Hut has now fallen below Frozen pizza quality and it’s sad. Good luck staying in business without changing your current business model.

I had the pleasure of meeting a young man by the name of Hunter who provided me with world-class service today! I appreciate his level of care. I will return to Pizza Hut not only because I've always liked them better than any of their competitors but also because Hunter and his team are the Ace team!

It's clear that the person running this location has no idea what they are doing. It is impossible to get a delivery order right from this particular Pizza Hut. This is the third time in less than 6 weeks that they've botched a delivery to my house. When I called to complain about missing wings, I was told I couldn't be refunded because, according to the manager, they've reached their limit for refunds for the week. It's only Monday. This is either proof that they are messing up literally every order, or it is the most ridiculous lie they tell to avoid giving refunds. What a joke. I was offered a $30 credit to fix the issue, but I highly doubt I will ever order from them again.
