The owner is miserable and clearly does not want to deal with this town. On BOGO Wednesday’s he wants more for anything other than soft serve vanilla or chocolate sundaes even though he has a second machine with other flavors. The prices for soft serve are higher than the local homemade ice cream in the area. Just boycott this guy and give him his wish of closing.

I've been to the Carvel in Brick (off Drum Point Rd.) multiple times, particularly for ice cream cakes that were delicious & decorated nicely. However, during my last visit I ordered a medium cone with pistachio ice cream. What a Disappointment! Not only did it cost More Than a gallon of ice cream in a grocery store ($5+) but the flavor was Not pistachio... it tasted like (and I assume) it was made of almond extract & green food coloring! I'm Not bashing this store, as I say my prior visits were satisfactory. I'm suggesting the one flavor to avoid! Im kicking myself now that I just accepted it & didnt return for a exchange or refund!

After ordering a sundae with hot fudge, the gentleman that made it showed me he had put whipped cream and a cherry on it. I hadn't ordered that, but he insisted that's what a sundae was. This was fine, maybe I had made a mistake, but he continued to rudely insist I was wrong 3-4 times, then rudely over exaggerated checking what toppings I was ordering on the rest if my not-sundaes. I'll never return here, and I urge the rest of you not to as well, unless you want to be condescended to by a man who makes ice cream for a living. EDIT: This carvel definitely cuts the recipe for the soft serve. It was much less tasty. I get needing to make a living, but for the prices they charge, I want ice cream that has some taste to it.

My husband bought me a birthday cake from this location. When we first opened the cake I noticed there was a tiny black hair on the top. It grossed me out but I just didn’t serve anyone that piece. A few pieces into the cake and I found two more long black hairs, this time underneath the cake as I was lifting it up. The one hair actually had a follicle at the end. It makes me think it was purposely put there. I had to hold my vomit in especially since my 7 year old had just ate her piece. Will never step foot in there again. For how expensive their cakes are I can’t believe that happened. Three hairs in one cake is completely unacceptable. I didn’t even check the rest of the cake. Could of been more.
