Super Pollo

Ordered 1/2 Chicken with a “Mixed Salad with Lime and Avocado”, and all I got was a box of lettuce. No tomatoes, no onions, and no AVOCADO either but charged extra for it of course. This is the second time. And then the chicken tasted like the rotisserie chickens at ShopRite. $14 for 1/2 a chicken and lettuce. What a shame.

I like the food here. But I can't agree with the person there today. Just because I don't speak Spanish doesn't mean you ignore me completely. Take orders over the phone instead of me. Take people who come in after me. That experience will leave a bad taste in my mouth. I could never tell anyone abou this place after that.

I used to order all the time since i was almost 6 years old I have talked to people from peru and they have said its not good. Personally I like it its ok. My issue is how they give you one sauce for a whole chicken like it’s ridiculous. The manager Steven has zero good customer service. As a a manager in the food industry this is ridiculous. I called and they said 1 per chicken lol like what? I mean to tell me 4 people split one sauce? I get it you have to save your controlable profit but this is insane. And I have never written a review but this place is always an issue. This girl that answers the phone also is rude and has no manners also terrible customer service. I dont know what happened but maybe new management.
