Just can’t understand why they can have their own schedule just because it’s only one person works and what?? Why I should be understandable??? It’s business or it’s students are selling lemonade at the corner?
If it says work till 8 pm, but 5:45 I was told they don’t work!!

The drive thru sucks because it’s always packed lol BUT I love this location so much. The employees are beyond amazing and never fail to make my day with their jokes, upbeat attitudes, or compliments. Plus my coffee is always right and how I like it.

I just had an amazing experience when I visited this location with Shawn. He was working the drive thru and had amazing customer service. If you're down on your day Shawn will bring you up with a side of coffee. Amazing person, amazing personality, amazing customer service.... Give this man a raise!!!!!!!

The staff are so helpful and friendly. Why doesn't this location open for rush hour? Lost opportunity (and lost sale for me!) I love stopping by on my way up the road.

I’ve always came to this place but this week some body by the name bertnerd took my order and he had the nastiest attitude. I didn’t want to say anything but he was so rude, I thought he was disabled so I felt bad

This place is getting 4 stars instead of 5 because my experience here doesn’t usually go this way: My barista today was Lex and she was absolutely fantastic. Her help had just gone on break and she was running drive through and making in house drinks herself. I’ve sat longer in the drive through with less drinks and more people on than I had today and she rocked it out and got me in and out of there. She was friendly from the moment I walked in until the moment I left and came back with a tip for her. Seriously the best employee they have and definitely the best customer service!

Love the coffee and employees very friendly. Not giving 5 stars because they charge you $1 for milk substitute and also charge for whipped cream, when I don't ever remember Starbucks charging for it before.
