7-eleven

Friendly and professional staff who work diligently to keep store clean (in spite of messy ppl that frequent this location) and stocked at all times. This location needs to improve its ready made food selection by expanding its selection of sandwiches, salads, etc. & add pre-made sushi bowls &/or seaweed salads (yes, sushi; 7-11s in N. VA have been offering this for years!). But, overall, this location has greatly improved from previous years, thanks to its dedicated team members. (Regular visitor)

This was 2nd 7/11 we stopped at since 1st was sold out of cigs I buy and that's only reason got two stars and not one. I was ONLY person in the whole store first off... but making breakfast sandwiches are more important and then proceeded to restock everything else on top of it considering I NEVER shopped around and came straight to cash register as soon as walked in, for cigs. Ended up driving across street to Wawa and received IMMEDIATE service....thought customers came first but b/c wrong color they just ignored me...Wth... I was a frequent shopper there but not anymore now... :(

IF I COULD RAYE ZERO STARS I WOULD! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE TIME THE CASSHIERS THERE DON'T EVEN GREET YOU OR PROVIDE BAGS AND THIS IS ALL THE TIME OR ARE THEY PROFILING WHO TO BE NICE AND THEY ARE JUST MEAN AND NASTY!! I MEAN IF THEY DON'T LIKE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA THEY SHOULD JUST GET ANOTHER JOB PACKING OR STUFFING THINGS. THIS 7 ELEVEN IS HORRIBLE!!!
