After our order was 30-min late, I decided to call and see if they could somehow prioritize our delivery, as I had two small children to feed before bedtime. Tim, the local manager responded with 'No, there are people that have orders that are 57min late'. He couldn't refund me either. Pretty much the worst attitude and customer service I've received in a very long time. Late, rude, and didn't care in the least.

I order delivery from this location once every other week or so. Today I was especially excited for the chips (I rarely get them), but when they arrived it was a flavor I can't eat - I was sad. Must be about to start my period or something. I sent in an email through the JJ's website letting them know how disappointed I was, giving honest feedback. Not even 2 hours later a JJ's delivery person arrived at my work with replacement chips and a free cookie. She was extremely apologetic and told me next time to just call and they'd bring whatever I was missing right away. It was really sweet and I appreciated the gesture so much. I will definitely keep ordering from this location, and suggest it to other people I know! I've worked in customer service forever and I applaud and appreciate you :)

Today was the last time I'll ever order from this location. I have never gotten a correct order from this store- always something missing. I understand lunchtime delivery is probably a really hectic and busy time but it's unacceptable. I should have learned my lesson when I ordered a Turkey Tom and didn't get the turkey (!!!) but I tried again today and got a vegetarian sandwich that was delivered to me without the avocado spread and without the extra hot peppers and sprouts that cost me extra $. It can't possibly be that difficult to read an order and make a sandwich the way it should be.

The worst customer service I've received in a long time. We order Jimmy Johns frequently and it's always quick and friendly service. After 25 minutes of waiting I called the store and was rudly told our location was on the edge of the delivery zone and it takes a while. I ordered through the website. How would I know that?? After a 30 min wait a young guy showed up in a bicycle helmet and when we waived him over he couldn't have been more rude. I said it was for us he told me to sign the receipt and then said "can I have my pen back" and walked away. If he's riding a bike to the edge of the delivery zone no wonder it took a while, but I don't think that's my problem? Won't ever order Jimmy John's again.

Disappointment at this location. How is it you can have one driver and see that you have many orders to take care of? I waited an hour and nothing, I called the store and found out the driver was sick. If that was the case how come no one went ahead and offered to deliver? I understand this is boulder but dang.
