Taco Bell

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!! Possibly the worst Taco Bell in America. I made a mobile order half a hour before we arrived and had to wait over an hour after I arrived to get my food. When we first walked in there were employees taking smoke breaks, and a hour later they were out there again smoking and I had yet to get my food. When I attempted to ask an employee about were our food was they said "It will be ready when it is ready." After that fact they would not answer any of our questions. The delay was not because of lack of staff of anything they were overstaffed. Also for some obscure reason they had two mall cop style security guards that did nothing but be rude to customers.

Unfortunately, this is 1 of the very few places open late. I work 3rd shift & come here probably 2-3x a WK & I order 1 Soft Taco ADD Sour Cream... Which is Meat, Cheese, Lettuce & Sour Cream... That don't sound hard to make does it but for some reason IT IS !!!! They mess it up EVERY TIME, Like seriously, it's a Taco add Sour Cream !!! Last night the guy gave me 3 Taco's cause he messed up but 2 went to waste cause unfortunately I can only eat 1. I get what he was trying to do but I just want my order done right. I don't have time to drive back on my lil 30 min lunch cause they put Tomatoes on it or totally forgot the Sour Cream I paid almost $1 for, smmfh !!!! Y'all need to get it together PLEASE !!!!!

5 stars for the friendliness of the employees and the speed at which they seem to be working. The food was hot, the tacos were full, and they remembered straws, napkins, and utensils for the Pintos and Cheese. Unfortunately, they are extremely short staffed so there is a much longer wait than one would expect from a Taco Bell. So that is the reason for 4 stars.

This location was just remodeled, but seldom used. It's location is central to downtown and a quick (only) fast food within walking distance for downtown workers. The management has went DOWNHILL here, very rude. There are a few really nice employees, but their good work is hard to see after the management experience. The doors never open at 10 when they say and if you approach or knock on the door to get someone's attention, they will look at you then ignore you while standing around with loud music playing. There are A LOT of days that they don't even open the inside and the only way to get anything is drive through (which they won't let you walk up to the window). They act as if you are disturbing them just to order food (and that's all done on the self serve screens). PLEASE GET NEW MANAGEMENT BEFORE YOU LOSE YOUR MOST FREQUENT CUSTOMERS!!!!) I've also been in when an elderly gentleman wanted to order but didn't know how to use the self service kiosk and they told him to figure it out 😲. To sum it up, find a different location or choose a nearby restaurant.... it will be quicker and better service!

Let me start off by saying I'm not one to complain but my last visit to your restaurant was horrific. We made a pick up order over our phones over $50 worth of stuff. I go in to get the food crew are messing around there's at least 9 people standing up front after about 45min zi get my order food wraps were open exposing the food. Just awful!

Worst experience ever. Have consistently had awful experiences here and all can be traced back to the old man they have at the drive through. He cannot hear peoples order, cannot understand names for online orders, moves so slow, and holds up the line. He is incredibly rude, refuses to help if asked, and is extremely impatient. He should be fired in all honesty.
