Bit of a rough crowd and a low amount of staff but the carvery was really tasty and a decent portion/price ratio.

Booked for the kids Halloween disco again this year and I have to say, what an brilliant night we all had!! The kids had an amazing night, and the DJ kept them entertained for the full 3 hours, bless him, because he was non stop. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Thanks guys for an excellent time 😘

The Squirrel is a lovely little pub and carvery, the food is delicious, the service is exemplary and accomodating while the ambiance is very comfortable. It's family friendly and offers live sport, but thankfully in two separate rooms. The carvery is delightful, plenty of choice and it's always scrumptious, the main menu while less varied than your typical pub is equally pleasant. It's certainly worth a visit, for visitors and for residents.

I have been many times over the years. This has always been the best place for Carvery, the meat is consistently tender, never dry. A fairly good selection of vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and stuffing.
Lots of seating and parking.
We were greeted by Colette today who was very friendly and explained how to order and was attentive throughout our meals, to ensure we had a good experience.

Jess was amazing. She couldn't do enough to make sure our visit was 5* the greet the service the after care was the best I've ever had! We went as a large group on Sunday. The food was lovely, plenty of choice and meat was cooked perfectly. Service all staff was very helpful and chef was polite. Atmosphere was really calm and table and condiments were all clean.
Definitely be going back again. lol

Not been for a few months but there has been a distinct improvement in the food. We had the carvery. Staff all very friendly and helpful too. Won't hesitate to go back again soon.

Not been for a few years. Went for my birthday with girl friend. Food was warm, and it could of been hotter. Still enjoyed it, had all the meats and 2 yorkshire puddings. With gravy, peas, and cauliflower sauce. Finished of with a coke. Would go back, reasonably priced and worth it to. Enough to fill you.

Me and my family had a lovely meal at the squirrel, we were served by the lovely Kirsten and she made our little outing amazing!! Such a kind and friendly girl and the customer service from her was amazing she really did make our trip 10/10! She is a credit to you guys, food was lovely so was the atmosphere, will definitely be returning soon!!!!
