Blackpool Taj

Terrible food, and not even saying this as someone who is of Indian heritage. It's not authentic, it's not tasty, it's just bland onion heavy sauces, and not even priced well. Restaurant was very cold and the waiter advised they couldn't turn on as they closed at 10pm, but it was 8pm Poor food, poor atmosphere, and felt sorry for poor waiter

An amazing place for fresh, tasty and authentic Indian food. Atmosphere in the restaurant is great and really adds to the experience. You can tell the Chefs really take pride in their work as it shows through the delicious food that's being served, and is all fresh! Service is also great, we didn't have to wait long at all for our food despite the restaurant being quite busy at the time. Plus all the staff were very friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend to anybody looking for somewhere to eat in Blackpool

3rd time I have dined here and sorry to say the last time. The service was extremely poor with the one waiter working not seeming to care much at all and the guy in charge not seeming to know what was happening. An hour and a half wait for the food which we can definately say wasn't worth waiting for. The sauces on the curries were very runny and had no distinct flavour. I had a lamb madras and it did taste like it was out of a cheap shop bought jar. I hope they can put things right or it will be another empty building in Blackpool

During our lunch at The Taj Mahal restaurant, we had an exceptional experience. The food was fantastic, and the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. The quality of the dishes was truly enjoyable, and I found the prices to be reasonable considering the high quality of the food. I wholeheartedly recommend The Taj Mahal restaurant based on my delightful dining experience.

The restaurant is the best ever the food is absolutely gorgeous. Only one thing that went was wrong was we didn't know we had booked in so we had to another hour to get booked in and when we got there and we picked our food then we also had to wait another 1hour for our food and I felt like one off the staff was being sarcastic about bringing your own booze in we didn't know we could do that because as we are not from Blackpool where we live we are not allowed to do that so it was a bit of a shock and also we couldn't understand the menu apart from that the food was excellent, gorgeous definitely worth the money.

Perfect place for family. Lovely food with lovely staff. Welcomed us politely and sat us down. Took our order with well mannered communication. Any issue they would solve it promptly as well as safe place for babies. I would like to say big thank you to the chef and the staff. Food was excellent and completely fresh unlike other takeaways/restaurants. Everything was made on the go and fast.
