Came here right before getting ready for my best friends wedding! We asked if they could write “bride” on her drink & they absolutely outdid themselves! I should also mention the three drinks we did order tasted better than the last few Starbucks drinks I’ve had at other locations. Thank you so much!

Wouldn’t let me order in store though the place is open and the doors unlocked.
Slowest drive through line I have ever been to in my entire life. Five baristas in there, each car taking almost ten minutes. I’ve lost my mind.

Staff is always friendly. I love ordering in the app a head of time. This let's me just hit the drive thru to pick it up. I usually just get a venti pikes place.

Recently I had a good experience here. Service was prompt and they seem to have most ingredients back in stock.
They did not have their outdoor seating out, which was a disappointment since it was a pretty day! I hope they bring it back.

What. In. The. World. This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever gone to and I didn't even get coffee.. never made it to the ordering screen. I waited in line (with 4 cars ahead of me) for at least 10 mins. It was probably longer.. no exaggeration. It was 4:30pm on a Tuesday. I left.

Honestly ive been in line for 20 minutes waiting to even place my order. The baristas are nice but its really slow! So if your in a hurry i recommend you go somewhere else!

While I absolutely love the workers here, I have to admit, my drinks have been subpar lately. I used to always get the americano with sweet cream cold foam, but recently it has been extremely watered down. I decided to stop at a Starbucks in Machesney Park this weekend and got a shaken espresso - loved it! So this morning, I tried it at the Beloit location....not even like I got the same drink. It tastes like a drink that was left to sit and all the ice melted. I wish their drinks weren't so watered down :(
