Ishoni

Ishoni is a grill beef lover's paradise. This Japanese BBQ restaurant serve some spectacular cuts of beef that are seasoned well and you get to grill it over a charcoal fire. I don't know what else can beat that? Other than beef, they also have chicken, pork, seafood, and vegetables. You can try everything if it's your first time but I definitely recommend just going with an all beef meal because that's all you really need. Top recommendation is the beef tongue, beef short rib slices, the wagyu beef slices, and (the best) beef ribbed cubes, the fat and juices is to die for. Highly recommend this place.

The food quality is good! The meat is fresh and the food came out fast. The service is pretty friendly and the space is cozy. You have to make reservation for this place or else is hard to get a seat since this place is a bit small. Reservation can only be made 2 days before the reservation. The restaurant is clean and the bbq is done on coals fire pot. The meat has more flavor with the coal grill. The meat quality is good and the price is reasonable since this is located in downtown Bellevue.
