My granddaughter and I were recently there, and they had two fifteen year workers in training. I admire these young adults for the work effort. I have to say they were both extremely pleasant and it was the best service ever !

It always takes 10+ minutes to get to the order box. Then they started closing at like 10 instead of the usual 2am. I managed to catch them open on my way to work and before I can order the guy tells me it'll be a wait on everything even though I'm the only person there at that time, because they had nothing cooked. . .
So I sincerely despise that Wendy's and I don't think I'll ever go back.

The food industry as a whole is pretty bad. The lack of good customer service in the younger generation is a real concern. Went through drive thru and requested meal to be upsized to medium and fries to be well done. Received a small drink and I told her that I upsized to medium. She said no you did not tell me to upsize. Showed her the receipt and that it said medium, and she pretty much said “we’ll I guess I can get you a medium”. I said never mind and left. Got home and realized the fries were ice cold and my kids chicken sandwich was not made to what he ordered. I would skip the wait in the line. It is not worth the wait at all. Complete waist of money and I might have to throw it away and go somewhere else.

We love Wendy's but due to everybody else loving it to there is always a long line. It would be better if they opened up the dining room. At least open up for the door dashers.

S L O WWWW SERVICE!! you lost a customer actually a couple people drove off beside myself. 10 minute waited and was still two cars from the ordering kiosk! To many other fast food places around to wait that long.

Leave it to Bardstown Wendy's to make cold droopy fries out of the new Hot & Crispy. Burger was lukewarm too. Just not sure how that happens when they are so busy.

It was cold as ice one of the double stacks had 3 slices of cheese imagine that! Stiff where it melted then got cold in reasturant. Can't go in because well don't know why everyone else's reasturants are open inside.
